Excellent!! The dosage is what is labeled on the package- I know that seems obvious, but I have tried a few local brands, and the dosage and strength of mushroom edibles can vary wildly – not the case here! These gummies also do not have a ton of sugar or other chemicals. They taste very clean. I can’t say enough good things about them- wonderful!!
