Microdosify offers free shipping on orders over $199!

Microdosify covers free shipping for orders $199 or over. A flat rate of $20 CAD for Canadian customers and $20 USD for all international customers is applied to all orders.

We track all shipments within Canada via www.canadapost.ca/track . You’ll be able to track your package as it makes its way to your door!

We will let you know if there are any problems – order processing is handled the same day – and your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is being processed by Canada Post.

Just email us if you have concerns about your order – our customer care team will ensure that everything is fine and if it’s not, we’ll make it right!

Major Urban Areas: 2-3 Days

Non-Major Urban Areas: 3-5 Days

Northern Regions & Remote Areas: 5-10 Days

National XpressPost (Everywhere besides BC, AB, SK & MB)

Major Urban Areas: 2-3 Days

Non-Major Urban Areas: 5-6 Days

Northern Regions & Remote Areas: 6-10 Days

International Shipping times:

International Shipping: 7 – 30 business days (Customs clearance may cause further delays, up to an addition 14-30 days**)

US Shipping: 2-5 business days

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Delivery time is the number of business days since a deposit was made (When it was given to Canada post) and when it gets delivered to the customer.
2. A business day is any weekday that is not a stat holiday observed by Canada Post.
3. All services and deposits made on a non-business day will begin delivery or processing the next business day.
4. Orders and payment confirmation cutoff is 2:00 pm PST. Confirmed payments and items deposited after cut-off of that business day (3:00pm PST) are sent the following business day.
5. Delivery times are subject to change with no notice because of transportation issues.
6. You can provide special delivery instructions in the side-notes when you place your order.
