The two most common protocols are the Fadmian and Stamets protocols, but we also recommend trying 1 day on, 1 day off, to find the right dose for you as you are starting out. The first day I definitely felt the mushrooms but it was light. I am following the stamen microdosing schedule. The following days I didn’t feel anything. I wonder if I have a high tolerance? I’m going to stick to the schedule and see how the month goes.
