This product has literally put put my mind back on track . I’ve been battling life overload for a few years and it finally caught up to me. All the doctors wanted to do was throw antidepressants at me and they made my symptoms worse. Truly, I didn’t need antidepressants because I really wasn’t depressed; I was stuck in survival mode because I had been there for so long. I was desperate to find a better way. Perfect- I can add to a gummy if I need some more help that day or on its own. The addition of Lion’s Mane helps to balance the micro-dose and seems to make the positive effects last longer. I love these! I also love that it is an innocuous looking capsule, so it makes it very easy to take like any other vitamin. Please don’t stop making these! 🙂
I definitely surprised myself with this. I did not have expectations, but I did have hope that I could reduce some of the three psych meds I was on. I started on Thanksgiving Day, 2023 and so far, I have eliminated one completely. Another was reduced by 50% and the 3rd by 85%.
