I think calm was an excellent dosage to start off with if you are new to this experience. However for me I found that I needed a larger dose. I also highly recommend the sample pack.

I’ve been doing one day on and two days off protocol and it does give me a bit of an upset stomach on the days I take the capsule. On my off days I feel great. I feel more in flow with my creative work and more patient with my children. I’m still trying to figure out what to eat on the days I take them that might ease the digestive issues.
